SEOULDAL, a moon that never sets, day or night.
The name "SEOULDAL" is a combination of the pure Korean words "Seoul" and "Dal" (meaning moon), instantly evoking an image of a round shape. What exactly is this friendly-named attraction?
Starting from August 23, 2024, SEOULDAL will begin full operations as a new tourist attraction that will enhance Seoul’s nightscape. It is a tethered helium balloon that flies vertically over Yeouido, offering a unique experience unlike traditional observation decks. From the sky above Yeouido Park, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Seoul's beautiful nightscape.
Now, anyone can appreciate the stunning day and night views of Seoul along the Han River, without having to visit high-rise observation decks or traditional viewing spots.
