Tips for waiting to board SEOULDAL:
1. Due to the weather-sensitive nature of the balloon, on-site reservations are prioritized. Be sure to check if SEOULDAL is operating before visiting
: via website, social media, or the Dasan Call Center (02-120).
2. It’s recommended to make a reservation through the Catch Table app in front of the SEOULDAL office, then explore the surrounding area until your boarding time.
3. Another great option is to browse the cute merchandise at Seoul’s official gift shop while you wait for your turn to board.

Important Notes - The operation of this facility is sensitive to weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain;
real-time decisions will be made regarding the balloon’s operation.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult guardian aged 19 or older.
- Children under 5 years old must be held by a guardian during the ride.
- Elderly individuals with mobility issues must be accompanied by a helper.
- Children under 110 cm are allowed to ride but may have restricted visibility.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted on the balloon;
they must be stored in the designated waiting area before boarding.
- Manual wheelchairs with a width of less than 90 cm are allowed.
- Parking support is not available; public transportation or nearby public parking is recommended.
